Among other benefits, J&J offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP), and child care assistance to help employees in balancing the competing demands of work and life. J&J also offers 12 weeks of paid leave for new parents, which includes maternal, paternal, adoptive, foster or surrogacy-assisted. Learn more here.
Since 1996, the Children's Corner at Morristown Medical Center has offered onsite child care to employees of Atlantic Health, attending physicians, and their staff. The facility serves infants from 6 weeks old to children up to age 6 and opens at 6:30am. The program is NAEYC accredited and uses the Creative Curriculum, approved by the state. Learn more here.
Kars4Kids, a nonprofit headquartered in Lakewood offers an onsite child care program for employees. The program serves children from newborn to 4 year olds and is next door to the office. The program is steeply discounted for employees and the company offers working mothers an extended paid break to nurse babies the first year. Learn more here.

In 2018, Campbell’s opened a new 17,000 square foot state-of-the-art family center that has a 9,200 square foot playground and houses 13 classrooms where the curriculum includes science, literacy, cooking, technology and gardening. The program is in partnership with Bright Horizons Family Solutions, which operates the center. Tuition rates are subsidized and both part-time and full-time child care for employees is available from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Learn more here.
Among other benefits, Monmouth University offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP), and Back-Up Care Advantage Program to assist employees in balancing the competing demands of work and life. The program gives employees access to a national network of high-quality child care centers that can be used for back-up care when they need to be at work and their regular child arrangements are unavailable. The program also provides in-home back-up care for well and mildly ill children, elder spouses or elder parents, regardless of where they reside. Learn more here.
Walmart benefits include health insurance, an Employee Assistance Plan, paid time off, including paid sick leave, as well as up to 16 weeks of paid maternity and six weeks of parental leave. Walmart associates know their work schedule two weeks in advance so they can prioritize their well-being and plan for life outside of work. Learn more here.

Bank of America benefits include health insurance, an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), retirement, reimbursement of $275 per month per child for child care expenses for employees earning less than $100,000, back up child care through Bright Horizons, and employees can contribute to a dependent care assistance plan (DCAP). The Rutgers Psychology Child Development Center is comprised of 2 twelve-month Rutgers University preschools, sponsored and operated by the Psychology Department at 2 campus locations. The Center provides early care and education for children ages 1-5. Both sites are located on the Cook and Douglass campuses of Rutgers New Brunswick. Priority enrollment is granted to active University affiliates. However, the program also accepts children from the surrounding community as space allows. Learn more here.
